I was on the hunt for a surgeon to do my implants for a few years. A friend of mine told me about Dr Soto so I went. I surprisingly felt very comfortable w him. I had this peace that I was making the right choice whereas I never felt that w anyone else. His work looked very nice and my friend looked amazing. She looked very natural too. So my husband and I were both satisfied w the initial consultation and so I moved forward. I’ve never been under anesthesia or had any surgery whatsoever so this was a bit scary for me. The nurse Danielle was very clear and thorough. The process was straightforward and organized. But most importantly I felt assured that I was having an expert operate on me. It’s not everyday that you feel like you have a top surgeon practically in your backyard. All that was reassuring and calming. So day of I was so nervous I wanted to run. But I kept calm. Daniele was amazing. The anesthesiologist Dr Axelrod was great!! They took me in promptly and within seconds I was out. When I woke up I was kind of upset bc it was like the BEST sleep I’ve ever had. I just wanted to lay there forever. The nurse was so kind and soothing. They gave me Gatorade and crackers and told my husband all the instructions. I had zero nausea and zero complications. Dr Soto was very emphatic about the little things I needed to do prevent complications and keep me safe. Which i soooo appreciated. I think the most impressive besides how awesome my breasts look is the aftercare. This is not a factory where they are churning out patients. Dr Soto is very involved with the follow up care. I was able to reach Danielle for questions at all times. He is very particular about the healing process and making sure the healing is progressing flawlessly. The results for me are just out of this world. One of my breasts prior was bigger than the other and somehow he was able to make them the same size. I look natural but I look amazing. I was so scared to do this but now that it’s over it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I nursed two children and my breasts were just lifeless. For once I got to do something nice for myself after raising two beautiful children.
10/10 recommend Dr. Soto. I needed a breast lift/implants to achieve my desired result and he delivered!! I could not be happier with my results. The office staff is all so friendly and attentive and some of the nicest people you’ll meet!
Dr. Soto and his staff are amazing it’s been 1 month since my explant (breast implant removal) it was a decision that was hard for me but they have made the process so smooth and reassuring! I hit the jackpot finding Dr.Soto and his wonderful staff for a breast augmentation. From the consultation to the surgery and now the aftercare, everything has been top notch and I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. Dr. Soto is a true professional who has an excellent bedside manner and takes the time to know you and your wants for surgery. He is a doctor who truly cares and I would recommend him a thousand times over.
TLDR: Dr Soto Is an artist- choosing Aesthetic Enhancements is a gift to yourself! Dr Soto and his team contributed to the best surgical experience (Breast Augmentation) I could have asked for! I can be an anxious girly and because of the atmosphere, professionalism, and kindness of Aesthetic Enhancements team, I was able to go through with a surgery I've wanted for a very long time. The consultation went smoothly and helped remedy any fears or concerns I may have had. I did not come in with a specific CC number in mind as I'm aware that CC's look different on each body. I had pictures to show Dr. Soto and after taking my measurements, we agreed on which would look best on my body and be a fit for my lifestyle. Pre-op was a breeze. I went in feeling so anxious I was scared to proceed with the surgery but nurse Danielle is a wealth of knowledge and took the time to discuss everything to my heart's content. I went in anxious and left feeling confident in the surgical process. Surgery was simple. I felt supported by Dr. Soto, his team, and the anesthesiologist. They have such great personalities, it made the entire process go quickly and with ease and comfort. Post-op- Didn't really feel pain just soreness and limited mobility for the first few days. I took painkillers for only 36 hours and then Tylenol was all I needed. Follow Dr. Soto's instructions and you will be feeling yourself in no time. The incision is so thin and small. I have a fair complexion and at 7 weeks the scars are healing wonderfully, barely noticeable and Dr. Soto made the incisions in the perfect place, you really have to look for them to see them. I will say that I learned through this process that plastic surgery is a joint effort. For optimal results, you must follow post-op care instructions. For reference- 33yrs old, no kids, active lifestyle- I was a 34/36 smallB and my breasts were not as close together as I would have liked. I now have very full breasts (that look super natural) and I have beautiful center cleavage. I am able to run, and be active with zero discomfort at 7 weeks post-op. They feel awesome too! Before surgery, I found so many photos of stunning breasts and I was hoping my result would look as good. I'm grateful to say that my results look even better than I could have imagined! Dr. Soto is a highly skilled surgeon. He has honed his craft and his talent is undeniable. If you want stellar results and a pleasant experience, choose Dr. Soto.
Dr. Soto took care of my breast augmentation back in 2015. I am still so happy with the results from that surgery, that two babies later I decided to go back for a tummy tuck. I can’t begin to thank Dr. Soto for helping me achieve the results I wasn’t able to accomplish through diet and exercise alone. My confidence got a huge boost! Today was my final appointment after a year of a breast reduction and lift, and I can’t stop feeling so great with my results.
