My experience with Dr. Soto and his team was excellent. I had silicone breast implants for over 35 years and developed a rupture. While I was still happy enough with the aesthetics and size of my breasts, at my age, the last thing I wanted was to undergo surgery to replace them. However, due to the leak, I began searching for a highly experienced professional with a proven track record of handling this specific issue. I was very apprehensive about surgery and nervous about the outcome. After over a year of research, reading reviews, and gathering recommendations, I finally decided to put my trust in Dr. Soto. He was upfront and honest, letting me know he would prioritize safety over size. I ended up going slightly smaller, which I was fine with, and also opted for a breast lift along with the revision, something I never thought I’d consider due to concerns about scarring. I must say, Dr. Soto did an exceptional job. The results are better than I could have imagined, and the scars are practically invisible! My recovery was remarkably easy, no nausea from the anesthesia, no pain at all, and I didn’t even need any medication. Dr. Soto’s care goes beyond surgery. He sees his patients regularly to ensure both he and the patient are fully satisfied with the results. If any issues arise, he’s there to address them , though I’ve had absolutely no problems to this point. If you’re dealing with ruptured, leaking, or problematic implants, I can’t recommend Dr. Soto enough. He’s a true specialist in this area and incredibly advanced in his field.

Excellent doctor, office and staff! I scoured through hundreds of before and after pics, reviews, so many doctors and consults, before deciding to go with Dr. Soto. And I am so happy that I did! Dr. Soto truly gives the best reduction and lift results! I didn’t want to go with an implant, but I still wanted natural fullness, which many lift procedures lack. I absolutely love my results! The feel, the comfort, the size, fullness are all perfect and what I wanted. And without implants! *Though everyone’s body recovers differently, I also wanted to add that my recovery was a breeze! Didn’t need help at home, other than grabbing dishes from the top cabinet. Family had to remind me that I just had surgery and needed to take it easy, but I felt great. Was out and about running errands and getting my hair done not even a week later. So if you’re holding back for that fear- don’t worry. It’s a breeze and you’re in great hands!
