From the phone call to my procedure, everything has been wonderful. The staff is very nice and Dr Soto did fantastic work on me! I could not have picked a better place to go. And just to clear the air on the wait time, it’s completely normal for a busy Doctor. There’s only a couple days of the week you can see him for a consultation so if you honestly think you’re the only person waiting to see him then you’re just wrong. I was never asked to write a review but I am because of how happy and professional the entire staff is. If there was an issue I would address the staff personally before bashing them on the reviews. And as far as your body heals, everyone is different and you have to follow the care instructions for the best results. If you don’t well then you won’t have the results you want.
I went to 3 other doctors before settling with Dr. Soto. (The service I received was a breast augmentation) First off let me tell you I do not write reviews at all unless they are phenomenal or just completely awful. With that being said my first appt with them was the Consultation which you have to pay 75 for and that goes towards your procedure. After meeting him it was well worth it. The staff alone made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable, but the facility is beautiful and clean which is what you should expect at any office. I picked Dr. Soto from his pictures online initially because even with the certifications, awards and all the paper stuff you look for what shows you better than pictures. His work speaks for itself. I look for consistency and his work is beautiful and consistent. But when I met him his bedside manner, honesty, and professionalism are just simply fantastic! Great doctor with a great heart I will go back to him for any service he offers for the future if I choose to get other things done and I would recommend him to every single person I know. I am a mother of 3 and needed my volume back I got exactly that and if I chose not to tell anyone no one would even know I had it done, they look completely natural. Which I didn't care if they looked fake or natural I just wanted them beautiful again and they are gorgeous. My scars are healing extremely well and I guarantee with following his instructions in a year they will be barely visible. Because it's only been 7 weeks and they are already getting smaller!
After a couple years looking for a surgeon, I finally found my surgeon and I'm super happy with the final results. The staff is very friendly and embracing, and the surgeon makes sure to leave you feeling confident. Definitely recommend Dr.Armando Soto.

I had a breast reduction in January of this year. Dr. Soto and his staff were enormously helpful, thorough, and prepared for my surgery, education on recovery, and very attentive on all of my follow up appointments. Very professional and super experienced people. Dr. Soto is very selective with who gets to work in his OR, staff need to have extensive experience. This out my mind at ease in case anything went wrong during my surgery, I felt very safe. I have absolutely loved my results! I went from a cup size H to a cup size DD. This is a huge difference when you’re 5 ft like me. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my new shape, some friends of mine have even asked if I had reduction AND implants (no implants!). I’m also lucky to say I have healed very well! I’ve recommended Dr. Soto several times already, and encourage anyone looking to work done (especially breast procedures) to check him out!
I was afraid only the day of surgery but am perfectly pleased with the results! I am healing perfectly. I appreciate the consistent follow up and monitoring which was crucial to my decision.
I recently traveled to have a procedure done with Dr. Soto. His staff was very professional and kind. Appointments were always confirmed with multiple emails and/or phone calls. The deposit was also deducted from my surgery which was a plus. Ultimately, I went to him with excess skin, diastas recti, and an umbilical hernia which needed much repair. Dr. Soto exceeded my expectations, with a well placed incision and a natural looking belly button and awesome curves. His bedside manners were excellent and follow up appointments were thorough. At about 6 weeks PO I feel good and feel so much more confident.
I started seeing Dr. Soto in 2013. As a nurse, I feel like we’re a little crazier in selecting physicians, but Dr. Soto and the staff at Aesthetic Enhancements are incredible!! I do travel nursing and live all over the United States, but I always make sure to travel back to Orlando for all my face care and Botox almost every 3-6 months. When I run out of face products, the online store is quick and easy to get replacement products! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I had experienced bad acne in college and was left with scarring. Dr. Soto is fabulous! He has changed my life! Over the years he has used many methods: laser, skin pen, and the Morpheus. And now I am no longer afraid to go in public without makeup. I am so much more confident! I am SO THANKFUL to Dr. Soto and Aesthetic Enhancements for everything!
