The Forever Clear laser is designed to destroy acne-causing bacteria, reduce inflammation and redness, and make way for clear and healthy skin. This noninvasive intense pulsed light (IPL) treatment is FDA cleared, requires no downtime, and is quick and easy! This product is set apart from other acne treatments because the Forever Clear BBL treats acne-causing bacteria deep within the skin.
Patients struggling with mild to severe acne are best suited for this treatment. This procedure is safe for teens and adults and can be performed on most areas of the body. Most commonly, the treatment is provided for the face, back, and chest. Some individuals might experience minimal discomfort during the treatment but nothing that requires anesthesia or pain medication. The treatment will last about 20 – 30 minutes, and our staff will make it as comfortable as possible for you.
The Forever Clear laser uses red, yellow, and blue light technology to treat active blemishes and prevent further breakouts. The blue light is designed to attack the acne-causing bacteria while yellow light helps reduce any inflammation and prevents new breakouts. It also helps to reduce the appearance of acne scarring. Patients may experience mild inflammation or redness for 1 – 2 days after treatment; however, makeup can be applied immediately after treatment. For maximum benefit and long-term improvement, our team will make recommendations for your skin care based on your treatment, your skin type, your goals, and your budget. Though most patients will notice some immediate improvements in the clarity of their skin, a series of treatments may be necessary for optimal results. Follow-up appointments can also be made to maintain your overall outcome. Additional appointments can also be added to your treatment plans, such as chemical peels, facials, and microneedling.
