This 44 year old patient had developed severe capsular contracture from her previous breast procedure done elsewhere. She desired new implants to correct the capsular contracture in order to obtain a natural shape. Dr. Armando Soto at Aesthetics Enhancements Plastic Surgery and Laser Center was able to give this patient her desired appearance through a Capsulectomy with Implant Exchange. She is shown before and 4 month after her procedure.
