I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Soto and his entire team. I originally came to him for an explant and later returned for a re-augmentation. From beginning to end, the level of care I received has been exceptional. My re-augmentation was not necessarily a straightforward case. My previous implants had been placed over the muscle and Dr. Soto had to transition me to an under-the-muscle placement while also working with the unique circumstances from my previous surgery. Because of that, I went into the process knowing my results might have certain limitations. Somehow, my results have far exceeded what I thought was even possible. Dr. Soto’s surgical work is truly incredible. My scars are minimal and healed significantly better than the scars I had from my previous surgeon. The attention to detail, both aesthetically and surgically, is evident in my results. The aftercare has been amazing. Dr. Soto and his team have been incredibly attentive throughout both procedures and my recoveries. They consistently follow up, address any concerns, and make you feel genuinely cared for rather than like just another patient. Every member of the staff I’ve interacted with has been kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. Having gone through breast surgery with another surgeon previously, I have something to compare this experience to, and the difference has been remarkable. I am so grateful that I trusted Dr. Soto and his team with both my explant and re-augmentation. My results are better than I imagined they could be and the care I received throughout the entire process has been just as impressive. I would recommend this practice without hesitation.
I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Armando Soto and his entire team. After losing over 100 pounds, I was left with a significant amount of loose skin, not only on my stomach but also around my thighs and buttocks. When I originally came in for my consultation, I thought I wanted a tummy tuck along with a breast lift. Dr. Soto took the time to really evaluate my body and goals and recommended that we start with a lower body lift instead. He explained that it would give me a much better foundation and address the excess skin around my entire lower body before moving forward with my breast lift and implants. I am SO thankful that I trusted his recommendation. The lower body lift completely transformed my shape. It addressed areas I didn’t even realize could be improved so dramatically, especially the loose skin around my thighs and butt after my weight loss. Once I healed, I returned for my breast lift with implants, and once again, the results exceeded my expectations. Everything looks incredibly natural, proportional, and balanced with my new body. What impressed me most about Dr. Soto is that I never felt like he was simply performing the procedures I asked for. He looked at the bigger picture and created a surgical plan based on what would give me the best overall result. His attention to detail, surgical skill, and ability to understand body proportions are incredible. After such a major weight loss, I wanted to finally feel like the outside reflected how hard I had worked, and he gave me that. The level of care from the entire office has also been exceptional. Every member of the staff has been kind, welcoming, informative, and responsive. I always felt comfortable asking questions and never felt rushed or like I was just another patient. My recovery was much easier than I anticipated, and I felt completely supported throughout the entire process, from my consultations to surgery and every follow-up afterward. Another huge bonus is the attention they give to scar care. They include laser scar treatments as part of the process, which I think is amazing. What surprised me even more, though, was how small, thin, and discreet my incisions already were before the laser treatments. Considering the extent of a lower body lift and breast lift, I was amazed at how carefully and strategically my scars were placed. Plastic surgery after major weight loss is such a personal and emotional decision, and choosing the right surgeon matters tremendously. I never felt pressured or given unrealistic expectations. Dr. Soto was knowledgeable, honest, meticulous, and genuinely focused on achieving the best result for my body. If you have experienced major weight loss and are considering body contouring, a lower body lift, tummy tuck, breast lift, or implants, I would recommend Dr. Armando Soto without hesitation. Trust his expertise and his process. Choosing him was one of the best decisions I could have made, and I couldn’t be happier with my results.

My experience with Dr. Soto and the entire team at this plastic surgery center was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Choosing to have a breast augmentation was a big decision, but Dr. Soto made me feel comfortable, confident, and fully informed every step of the way. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and I never once felt confused about the process. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and supportive, and I especially want to thank Kelly for going above and beyond to make my experience so positive.
