This middle aged mother had initially undergone breast augmentation in 2006 elsewhere. The results of the procedure were displeasing to her due to asymmetry, poor cleavage and an unattractive shape on the right side. Her goals have been exceeded through a procedure involving capsulectomy (removal of the old implants and the scar tissue associated with them), with modification of the implant pockets, placement of new implants, and right sided modified breast lift with reconstruction.
